Skelleftea, Sweden, May 30th, 2023 – Aimplan AB, a provider of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) SaaS solutions based on the Microsoft Power BI platform, announced today that it has successfully closed a Series Seed+ funding round with a non-disclosed amount. The round was led by Born Capital, a venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley focusing on the CFO tech market. The lead investor was joined by existing investors Kokai Holding AB and Arctic Ventures AB.

The company has developed a groundbreaking SaaS and software solution that extends the capabilities of the market-leading Power BI platform, addressing the specific challenges faced by the office of the CFO. With the Aimplan solution, organizations can seamlessly integrate planning, forecasting, budgeting, and master data management directly into Power BI. The solution also simplifies the process of designing and delivering financial reporting and other structured reports, all within the Power BI environment.

The funds raised will be used to support the continuous development of the Aimplan SaaS platform and solutions and to grow and expand the business through strategic investments in marketing and sales.
