We would like to announce that Pt Capital has agreed to sell 100% of of all our remaining shares in NOVA Iceland to Icelandic institutional investors. Pt entered the investment in 2017. In June 2022, we completed a successful public offering on the NASDAQ OMX Iceland hf. We are proud of the legacy of significant investment in infrastructure, commitment to customers, and the best employees in Iceland. Today, Nova is the only vertically integrated telecommunications company and we know the future continues to be bright.
