Visma delivers strong H1 performance with continued growth and strategic expansion

Visma, Europe’s leading provider of mission-critical business software, reported revenue of EUR 1,553 million for the first half of 2025, up 13.1% from the same period in 2024. The Group saw a strong development in the customer base, growing 12.0% to reach 2.1 million customers in the period. EBITDA adjusted for M&A expenses grew 14.1% year-over-year to EUR 493 million, resulting in a margin of 31.7%.

The Group’s Annualised Repeatable Revenue (ARR) reached a new record of EUR 2.8 billion at the end of June 2025, representing 12.0% total growth and 10.9% organic growth year-over-year.

In the first half of 2025, we proudly welcomed more than 350,000 new customers, bringing our total to over 2.1 million – a clear testament to our market-leading position and the value we deliver”, said Merete Hverven, CEO of Visma.

In H1 2025, Visma completed a total of 15 M&A transactions, each contributing capabilities and innovative software solutions that enhance and expand its comprehensive offering. In Continental Europe, Visma made strategic acquisitions to strengthen its leading position in accounting software, including Finmatics in Austria, Accountable in Belgium and Kanta and Evoliz in France.

In Latin America, the Group bolstered its portfolio in areas like expense management solutions (Rindegastos) and payroll and HR Tech (Talana). Following the end of Q2, Visma has also officially entered Brazil through the acquisition of cloud ERP provider Conta Azul, marking yet another milestone in its Latam expansion. Meanwhile, the divestment of AdminControl to Euronext in Q1 further strengthened the Group’s focus around its core business areas.
