🇩🇰 Flatpay is officially the next (and fastest) unicorn out of Denmark.

Today, we are announcing that we have raised 170 million USD at a 1.7 billion USD valuation from new lead investor AVP and Smash Capital, along with existing investors Hedosophia, Seed Capital, and Dawn Capital.

This adds to the incredible momentum we have seen across Europe, and we are proud to join a special club of very fast-growing businesses as one of the few “non-AI” ones.

The last 12 months have been extraordinary, with growth re-accelerating and revenue increasing by 400% year-over-year from 35 million to 140 million USD ARR. We are well on track to reach more than 500 million USD in ARR by the end of next year as we continue to scale aggressively across Europe.

A huge thank you to our 60,000+ customers, 1,500 Flatplayers, and all our friends and families who have supported us from the very beginning.

We look forward to 10Xing the business over the next three years.
