🇸🇪 InfiniNode secures €2 million financing to advance on-chip data movement technologies for next-generation compute systems

GOTHENBURG, Sweden (July 9, 2026) — InfiniNode Technologies AB, a semiconductor intellectual property (IP) company developing advanced interconnect and memory-subsystem technologies for RISC-V, multicore, and chiplet-based designs targeting data-intensive computing applications, including AI and high-performance computing (HPC), today announced the raise of  EUR 2 million in funding and grants.

The financing brings together a Nordic syndicate of deep-tech investors, including Turbine CapitalPSV HafniumNorrsken EvolveChalmers Ventures and Almi Invest, together with public innovation funding. The investment will enable InfiniNode to advance its semiconductor IP portfolio, deepen customer engagements and scale its commercial operations.

As heterogeneous and chiplet-based designs continue to evolve, efficient movement of data has become one of the defining challenges in modern systems. Scalable, low-latency and energy-efficient communication between processors, accelerators and memory is now essential to deliver the performance and efficiency required by next-generation System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.

InfiniNode develops licensable semiconductor IP that enables efficient communication across modern compute architectures, helping improve system scalability, performance and energy efficiency while reducing design complexity of SoCs.

“The performance and energy efficiency of future compute systems will increasingly be determined by how efficiently data moves between processors, accelerators and memory. Our mission is to enable efficient data movement in future compute systems. This financing allows us to accelerate our technology roadmap, strengthen customer collaborations and expand our semiconductor IP portfolio.”
Patrik Millsjö, Chief Executive Officer, InfiniNode.

“Infininode addresses one of the most important challenges in modern AI infrastructure: delivering scalable, energy-efficient computing without compromising performance. We were impressed not only by the team’s technical depth but also by their ability to translate groundbreaking research into a commercially compelling solution. We look forward to supporting the company as it scales globally.”
Anders Ösund, Managing Partner, Turbine Capital

“This investment demonstrates the strength of Nordic collaboration in deep technology. By bringing together investors from across the region, we can help companies like InfiniNode transform world-class research into globally competitive semiconductor businesses. We are pleased to support Patrik and the team on that journey.”
Jakob Rybak-Andersen, Managing Partner, PSV Hafnium
