🇮🇸 Alvotech announces pricing of $152 million public offering of ordinary shares

REYKJAVÍK, Iceland (June 16, 2026) — Alvotech, a global biotechnology company specializing in the development and manufacture of biosimilar medicines for patients worldwide, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of ordinary shares.

The Company has agreed to sell 12,000,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $12.67 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $152 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions.

In addition, Alvotech has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,800,000 ordinary shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

The offering is expected to close on June 20, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Alvotech intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including the development and commercialization of its biosimilar pipeline, and to strengthen its balance sheet.
