🇫🇮 Business Finland grants nearly €3 million in funding to quantum computing projects

Helsinki, Finland – Business Finland has granted a total of nearly €3 million in funding to two quantum computing projects: the Smart Fleet Optimization R&D project and the Supernova research project.

The funding supports Finland’s ambition to become a global leader in quantum computing and strengthens the country’s position in the development of next-generation technologies. These projects aim to advance quantum algorithms, hardware, and applications, fostering innovation in industries such as logistics, energy, and advanced manufacturing.

Business Finland’s investment underscores the strategic importance of quantum technologies in driving economic growth, enhancing industrial competitiveness, and addressing complex societal challenges.
