We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve raised €5.5m in Seed funding to scale our mission of transforming how companies understand and act on customer feedback.
The round was led by Dawn Capital with support from Maki.vc and Geeta Schmidt. We’re incredibly grateful for the trust and belief in our vision.
At the same time, we’re changing our name:
Magic Feedback is now deepdots.
This new name reflects how far we’ve come. What started as a tool for analyzing customer feedback is now a full AI platform that connects the dots across every customer interaction, helping companies turn feedback into meaningful action.
More exciting updates ahead. For now, a big thank you to our team, partners, and early customers. The journey is just getting started.
